


Welcome to our beautiful Garden Area, where you can comfortably host 65 to 80 seated guests. Enjoy the open-air seating in green space, designed to give you a relaxed backyard vibe. For additional space, we offer the option to enclose the outside greenspace area with a carport for shelter or shade at an additional cost.
Inside the garden, you'll find charming outdoor patio furniture, unique decore and a stage. Outside there are benches, Adirondack chairs and a delightful picnic table, perfect for your gathering.
The 20' x 10' stage area provides an ideal setting for presentations, live performances, speakers, demonstrations, and special event programming. A 42" flat screen TV is available for $20, however facility renter needs to provide their own laptop and USB cable.
Rental rates include an ice water station, a guest service representative, and assistance with table and chair setup. Please note that linens and decorations are not included. For rental of the space, a staff member will remain onsite throughout your event to provide support as needed.
Qualified nonprofit organizations may be eligible for discounted rates. Pricing is evaluated individually and requires proof of nonprofit status.
If you are planning a gathering of 25 guests or fewer and do not require exclusive access to Camelia's Garden, you may reserve a designated space during regular business hours. Simply complete the form below and provide details about your event.
There is no venue fee for events held during business hours, provided that Teaology remains open to and accessible by other guests. Please note that this option is not available for events that involve bringing alcohol onto the property.
Usage of Camelia's garden Event Space Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully and in its entirety. All reservations are considered tentative until this agreement has been reviewed, signed, and returned.
Camelia's Garden Event Space is available for small gatherings, community events, and private celebrations. The space may be reserved for activities such as yoga classes, art workshops, book clubs, birthdays, club meetings, and business meetings.
With advance notice, tables and/or designated areas within Camelia's Garden can accommodate groups of 20–25 guests for events that are open to the public, allowing others to participate, observe, or remain in the surrounding area while enjoying Camelia's Garden.
Any tables, chairs, or furnishings rearranged for your event, beyond the customary dining usage, must be returned to their original placement at the conclusion of the event.
All decorations, personal items, supplies, and trash brought into the space must also be removed promptly following the gathering.
For the safety and cleanliness of the space, balloons (helium or otherwise), glitter, and confetti are not permitted on the premises. No open flames are permitted inside the building.
Camelia's Garden remains a shared community space open to the public. Public access may not be restricted at any time, and all events should be conducted in a manner that ensures other Teaology guests continue to feel welcome and comfortable.
No outside food or beverages may be brought in without management aqpproval.
Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into or consumed within Camelia's Garden while the space remains open to and shared with the general public.
